Day1: Kigali-volcanoes National Park

Your day will begin with warm welcome from our driver guides who will pick you up from your hotel in Kigali or meet you upon arrival at Kigali International Airport. After completing immigration formalities, you will be introduced to the Adventure a head. Following a brief orientation, you will embark on a Kigali city tour, starting with a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center, which offers a deep and meaningful insight into Rwanda’s history. After this reflective experience you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before setting off an a scenic drive though the breathing landscapes of the “Land of thousand hills “on the way to Volcanoes National Park. Upon arrival in Musanze you will be transferred to your accommodation, where you can relax over dinner and settle in for an overnight stay, ready for the next day’s exciting adventure.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Uganda and Cultural Village Visit

 Begin the day with breakfast and get ready for trekking, which begins at 5:00am with a briefing from the Uganda park officials. Ensure to bring a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, hiking boat, etc…The guides will lead the jungle to see the shy primates. The tracking may take 2 & 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. In the afternoon you will have a local community encounter by visiting the Iby’Iwacu cultural village center to get know the real traditional history of Rwanda past kingship leadership, marriage, beer making, and local herbs mention but a few. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day3: Golden Monkey Trekking and Transfer to Kigali Airport

After leisurely breakfast, you will set out for the office to tourism, where you will receive a briefing on the code of conduct for observing the golden monkeys. Enjoy, followed by a transfer from the volcanoes back to Kigali. If time permits, visit the Genocide memorial center before continuing to Kigali Airport for your out bound flight.
